The doll is very pretty, but I'm disappointed with the packaging. It arrived in a crumpled and torn bag. A new doll should be nicely packaged. This makes it look like it was second-hand.

An absolute disappointment with this order. I ordered an expensive package, where you would expect the shop to at least take care of proper packaging and safe delivery. Instead, my order arrived damaged. For a lot of money, instead of quality goods I received a damaged order and unnecessary hassle with filing a complaint. After this experience, I will think very carefully before ordering from this e-shop again.
