The Kinderkraft i-Guard is a modern i-Size (R129) car seat for children from birth to approximately 4 years of age (40–105 cm). It offers 360° rotation for convenient seating, the option of travelling rear-facing or forward-facing, and advanced impact protection thanks to the H-Guard System and Side Protect System. Installation using ISOFIX with a support leg ensures stability and simple, secure attachment.
360° rotation for quick and convenient seating
The EASY SPIN 360° system makes everyday handling easier – rotate the seat towards you when buckling your child in and easily switch between RWF and FWF without removing the seat. It improves parents’ comfort and supports safe buckling.
Enhanced head and side protection in the event of an impact
The H-Guard System and Side Protect System safety systems help absorb impact energy. The headrest has 3 layers, including memory foam, for improved protection of the head and cervical spine, while the side reinforcements enhance protection in a side impact.
Stable ISOFIX installation with a support leg
The car seat is secured using ISOFIX and a support leg (11 levels). Correct installation indicators help verify that the seat is securely and stably attached in the vehicle, which is essential for protecting your child while travelling.
The Kinderkraft i-Guard i-Size car seat is designed to provide maximum safety and comfort at every stage of your child’s growth. It complies with the R129 i-Size standard and has been tested under stricter conditions than required by the standard, at a higher frontal-impact test speed. The result is a construction that can reduce the forces acting on the head and chest by up to 20% in a frontal impact.
With the EASY SPIN 360° system, you can easily rotate the seat towards you for quick buckling and smoothly switch between the RWF (rear-facing) and FWF (forward-facing) positions without removing it. Comfort is enhanced by the RECLINING SYSTEM with 4 recline positions and by the ventilated shell with a breathable cover for more pleasant travelling, even on warm days.
